Viruses, spy-ware and other computer nuisances can cause significant downtime and loss of data if your systems are not well maintained. Regularly scheduled visits allow us to monitor your equipment and perform routine maintenance, preventingproblems from affecting your business.
Our certified technicians document all inspections and maintenance performed to ensure that all network components are accounted for. The recommended amount of time necessary on-site depends upon the number of clients and the complexity of the network.
On-Site Maintenance Plans
All on-site maintenance plans include one hour of off-site maintenance that can be used for phone and email support.
- 2 Hours: Minimum required for 5 users --- $199
- 4 Hours: Recommended for 5 users --- $299
- 6 Hours: Recommended for 5-10 users --- $399
- 8 Hours (1-day, Triangle/Triad NC): Recommended if bi-monthly visits --- $499
- 8 Hours (1-day, most US cities): Recommended if bi-monthly visits --- $999
- 16 Hours (2 days, Triangle/Triad NC): Recommended if bi-monthly visits --- $799
- 16 Hours (one 2-day, most US cities): Recommended if bi-monthly visits --- $1,599
- Additional On-Site Tech Work per Hour --- $80
Off-Site Maintenance Options
On-site plans can be supplemented with additional off-site maintenance hours.
