Remote Server Solutions
Whether you’re working from the office, home, or at a hotel, Information, Inc’s remote server solutions allow you to securely access your corporate server data the same way from any location.
All remote server solutions include at least two hours of monthly on-site maintenance. Once we’ve completed our standard monthly maintenance checklists, any free time is available for training, ad hoc questions, and phone or email support.
Our remote server solutions run on enterprise-level hardware including fully redundant SCSI disk drives and power supplies. All servers are housed in a state-of-the-art data center that provides ideal temperature and humidity levels, backup power, ballistic-proof exterior, and 24-hour security.
Remote Servers include VPN connectivity, file sharing, email server, intranet, and database support using the following products:
- Microsoft Windows Server 2003
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2003
- Microsoft SharePoint Services
- Microsoft SQL Server 2000
Additional software options include Microsoft Project Server 2003, Microsoft Customer Relationship Manager and other custom software. We can also host and maintain customized server configurations or collocated servers that meet your needs.
Remote server solutions start at $695/month for up to 5 users, including 2 hours per month on on-site maintenance.
