The Chatham Economic Development Corporation approached Information, Inc. to perform a re-design of their existing website, with the goal of providing simpler navigation and a more modern, clean look.
The existing Chatham EDC website was built using Drupal 6 and provided an ideal framework for Information, Inc. to build upon. As part of the re-design, the home page content needed to be expanded to allow for additional content blocks.
In addition, the Chatham EDC wanted to replace their existing Google Calendar feed with a custom calendar integrated into the Drupal website.
What We Did
Information, Inc. developed a custom theme that provides a clean and fresh look. Theme features include drop-down navigation, a fully customizable slideshow, and several content regions on the home page. As part of the website overhaul, Information, Inc. upgraded the existing Drupal 6 website to Drupal 7.
How We Did It
Information, Inc. upgraded the existing Drupal 6 Chatham EDC website to Drupal 7. As part of the upgrade, Information, Inc. replaced unsupported modules and updated several custom content types. Information, Inc. also developed a custom designed theme and added a new events calendar to the website.
